Indulge in our lymph drainage, more relaxing then you think: to help you relax, rejuvenate, and find relief from stress and discomfort. Our tailored treatments will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

I have learned alot over the 30 years. Love research that has validated my findings. In a session one can experience breath work, energy work, stretching, lymphatic drainage, compression, myofascial, sound, heat/cold/heat, essential oils, cupping upon request. Ear candling for ear issues. Red light for stubborn inflammation.  Promote the use of a grounding matt. Distrubtor of Life wave patches and Young  Living oils. I have rid of plastic use in my household, trying to be exposed as least as possible. My goal is to connect your mind and body to help you heal yourself.

Mickey also offers mobile massage services for those who prefer the comfort of healing in their own space. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, pain relief, or specialized lymphatic support, Mickey’s compassionate and skilled touch is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward greater wellness.
